Second wave of data collection for our school study has started

Our longitudinal study has been running in schools in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland since November of last year. The project aims to investigate longitudinal changes in social media use, attitudes towards mental health, and the general well-being of young people.

With the start of the second wave, we are now continuing the data collection .
Sample overview
1,432 young people have participated so far.
The average age is around 14 years (age range: 12–19 years).
Gender distribution: 53% female, 46% male, 1% diverse.
The third af final data collection wave is planned for June/July. We will conduct initial longitudinal analyses and report key findings here.
